Food Pantry and Benevolence are Joining Forces

As a part of our Thanksgiving celebration our Food Pantry and Benevolence Ministries are taking on a very special project. They will be working together to provide 50 local families, who have need, with the groceries required to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving Meal for their family. As you can imagine the dollar cost of the project is sizable and as such, success will require lots of people to provide financial participation. If you are reading this online and would like to make a donation to this worthy cause please contact the church or send your donation to the church address. Our goal is to have all of the necessary resources in place by November 13.

Love Adorned and Baby Ready

Babies are among the most important people who come (or who are brought) to our church. As such they deserve and require a very special kind of care. Such care is at the heart of our Nursery Ministry. We are working to provide a very safe, pleasant and attractive area that parents can count upon and trust. We invite our parents to give our nursery a good look and perhaps a try. Our highest goal is to not only impress our parents but to impress our babies. We want to be God endorsed and baby approved.

Youth to Have Bigger Role at LifeStream

Youth Ministry Goes Both Ways

LifeStream’s Youth Ministry is raising the bar. Our youth receive a great deal of love and attention. They are met with, taught, listened to, escorted on trips that focus on service and fun, they are encouraged and now they will receive a greater sense of participation and involvement. Already some of our youth have joined the worship team while others have active involvement with our Children’s Ministry. Soon they will begin participating with our Serving Ministry, helping with our Nursery Ministry and a variety of other ministries. Our youth do not just attend LifeStream but are an important part of the LifeStream Ministry.

To get everything ready, we will need lots of help; so get ready to jump in and get involved. As the event draws closer we will provide more information.
